Information is collected when you submit a finance application, contact us, or interact with the EquipPay widget embedded on a supplier's website.

- Process and assess equipment finance applications on your behalf
- Match your application with suitable lenders from our panel of 50+ lenders
- Communicate with you about the status of your application, required documents, and approval outcomes
- Comply with our obligations as an Australian Credit Licence (ACL 541052) holder
- Improve the EquipPay platform, personalise your experience, and conduct analytics
- Prevent fraud and meet our legal and regulatory obligations
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your personal information with:
- Lenders: your application details are shared with lenders on our panel for the purpose of assessing your finance application and providing credit offers
- Referring suppliers: the supplier who referred you may receive basic status updates on your application (e.g. approved, settled) to facilitate their referral relationship with us
- Service providers: trusted third-party technology and compliance service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to strict data processing agreements
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

- Bank-grade security practices for data storage and access controls
